What you need to know…We do NOT have a dedicated gluten-free facility, but The Cravory will be using dedicated equipment for producing our gluten-free cookies (meaning we will have separate mixing bowls, baking trays, storage containers, etc…solely for our gluten-free creations).
However, there is the possibility of cross contamination. We do everything we can to sanitize and clean before we make gluten-free batches. We are a facility that processes products containing gluten, tree nuts, soy, dairy, peanuts.
